+ At what time does the event start and finish?
Registration begins at 7am, Theater doors open at 8:30am, the program commences at 9am, and we’ll conclude at 5pm.
+ When and where do I pick up my badge?
Pick up your badge at the registration table between 7-8am.
+ Are seat numbers assigned?
+ Is lunch provided?
Yes. You won’t go hungry!
+ I hear there are special lunch opportunities. How can I be part of those?
There are two opportunities to spend lunch with some of our guest speakers.
- An individual who registers for a full table of 8 may designate one person from their table to attend the Lori Greiner luncheon (subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis). Additional seats may become available closer to the event. Please call 561-945-0945 for more information.

Individuals who have a role leading a transformation in their organization may request a seat at a luncheon with Dr. John Kotter and his team. To learn more, please contact James Davis on 863-602-2022 or email him at drjamesldavis@aol.com.
+ What is the dress code?
+ Are there planned networking opportunities?
Yes. The conference begins with a meet and greet, and will include a long luncheon as well as morning and afternoon breaks. Plenty of time for networking!
+ Will there be a photo opportunity with the speakers?
Yes. There will be special occasions for book signing and photo opportunities.
+ Do you offer assistance with hotel reservations, ground transport, and restaurant recommendations?
+ Are event tickets transferable?
Yes. If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another colleague within your organization.
+ Will the speaker presentations be available after the event?
Yes. We will distribute the presentations to attendees via email, subject to each of the speakers’ approval.

+ I lost my e-ticket and cannot find my registration email. What should I do?
No problem! If this is prior to the event, we will be happy to email your e-ticket once again. Otherwise, please bring proper identification to one of our registration counters the day of the event and one of our staff members will be happy to locate you in our system and re-print your event pass.
+ Is this event tax deductible?

Yes. All attendees will receive a signed certificate.
